Do you store my birth data?

I think one of your interpretations is wrong. Will you fix it?
Please tell us. Astrology has genuine disagreements between traditions, so we may not always change a reading, but factual errors, broken calculations, and unclear writing get corrected. Include the page URL and what you believe is off.
My chart looks wrong. What should I send?
Send the exact birth date, time, and place you entered, which tool you used, and what you expected to see instead. Most reported problems turn out to be a timezone or daylight saving edge case, and those details let us reproduce it quickly.
Before you write to us
A few things that will get you an answer faster. If your rising sign looks wrong, check that you entered your birth time in local clock time for the place of birth, not converted to UTC, and that the city you picked from the autocomplete is the right one. The ascendant shifts about one degree every four minutes, so small time errors move house cusps.
If a calculation fails to return, it is usually a temporary problem reaching our calculation service rather than a problem with your data. Waiting a moment and trying again resolves most cases. If it persists, tell us and we will look into it.
